A free educational quiz that allows users to self-assess whether they may qualify as an accredited investor under SEC criteria. Upon completion users may receive a printable decorative certificate.

Attorney or CPA Verification Service

A paid service ($199 per verification) where independent licensed attorney or CPAs or attorneys review user-submitted financial documents and issue a certification letter confirming accredited investor status. This service is fulfilled by independent licensed attorneys and CPAs and not directly by AccreditedNow LLC.

Professional Verification Plans

Volume verification packages for financial professionals, investment sponsors, and broker-dealers who need to verify multiple investors. Pricing varies by volume as displayed on the Site.

Lead Generation

AccreditedNow LLC operates a lead generation business. User information collected through the Site may be shared with or sold to third-party investment sponsors and financial service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and consented to by users at the time of submission.

Our attorney or CPA verification service connects you with independent licensed attorneys and CPAs who review your financial documents and issue a verification letter. AccreditedNow LLC acts as an intermediary and is not itself a licensed attorney or law firm or CPA firm, law firm, or registered investment advisor.

Document Submission

By submitting financial documents for attorney or CPA verification you represent that:

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from receipt of complete documentation and payment. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush processing is available for additional fees where indicated.

Letter Validity

attorney or CPA verification letters issued through our service are valid for 90 days from the date of issue in accordance with SEC safe harbor rules for Regulation D Rule 506(c) offerings. AccreditedNow LLC makes no guarantees that any specific investment sponsor will accept our verification letters.

Independent Professionals

attorney or CPA verification services are fulfilled by independent licensed attorneys and CPAs. AccreditedNow LLC is not responsible for the professional judgment, conduct, or errors of these independent professionals. Any disputes regarding the quality of professional services should be directed to the applicable state professional licensing board.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. AccreditedNow LLC does not store credit card information. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute you agree to contact us at info@accreditednow.org and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Indiana. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
