- Stored with AES-256 encryption at rest via Filestack's secure servers
- Accessible only by your assigned licensed attorney or licensed attorney or CPA
- Never shared with or sold to any third party including investment sponsors or marketing partners
- Permanently deleted from our systems 90 days after your verification letter is issued
- Retained longer only at your explicit written request
