Entity verification is quoted by structure. Ownership, the qualifying test, and the number of entities all change what your CPA has to review, so each engagement is priced individually rather than at a flat rate. List every equity owner. Each gets their own private link to upload income or net-worth documents — nobody's financials pass through anyone else. Pricing is $99 base + $79 per owner; we'll email your all-in quote.
Qualification basis: more than $5,000,000 in total assets for an LLC, corporation, partnership or trust — the whole balance sheet, not just the investment accounts. A few less common structures are measured on investments instead; your CPA applies whichever test fits the entity. Confirmed from the entity's financial statements, brokerage statements, or an accountant's letter.

This fee covers a licensed CPA's independent review of your documents. It is fully refundable before review begins and non-refundable as cash once review has begun; if the review does not result in a letter, your fee is held as a credit toward a future verification for one year. Cases needing extensive documentation (such as a detailed net-worth review across many accounts) may require a modest additional fee, which we quote for your approval before any extra work.
