Get self-serve API access

Integrate CPA-signed accredited investor verification into your own product with our REST API and signed webhooks. Create your account below, build and test in the sandbox right away, and verify your firm when you are ready to go live.

Create your developer account

Two fields to start. We will create your dashboard, where you verify your firm, generate API keys, and test in the sandbox.

Helps us get your per-verification pricing right. Volume discounts scale down the more you run.

By creating an account you agree to our API Terms and privacy policy.

We also emailed your dashboard link so you can get back to it any time.

How it works

  1. Create your account — free, instant, no call.
  2. Test in the sandbox — a test key runs the full create → status → webhook flow with no real verification or charge.
  3. Verify your firm — a quick automated business check (KYB), required before going live.
  4. Go live — swap your test key for a live one and start verifying investors.

Who pays is your choice

Set it per API key, override it per request: the investor pays at checkout (the free default — nothing needed from you), or you cover it from your own prepaid seat balance.

What you get back

A CPA-signed verification letter, a public certificate ID anyone can confirm, and identity / sanctions screening — all delivered privacy-safe through the API and webhook. Read the API docs →

Built to drop into your stack

Create a verification with one POST, send the investor to the returned hosted link, and get the signed result back on a webhook (or poll the status endpoint). Every key is scoped to your firm and only ever accesses your own verifications. The letter is signed by a named, licensed CPA, which is what turns a 506(c) file from self-certification into a defensible reasonable-steps record.
