AccreditedNow LLC is not a law firm, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, or CPA firm. A written re-confirmation supports an issuer's ability to rely on your prior CPA verification for a subsequent sale within five years under SEC Rule 506(c)(2)(ii)(E), but it does not itself determine reliance and is not legal, investment, or tax advice. If your financial circumstances have changed, or the issuer requires a fresh verification, you may need a new letter. Whether an issuer may rely on a prior verification is the issuer's decision with its own counsel.
